CONDITIONS OF THE RESERVATION AND THE PROVISION OF BANK DETAILS

• In reservations made via the web page, Grupo Hoteles Porcel requests the credit card details of the individual making the reservation to guarantee registration of the reservation.
• We remind you that the chosen Hotel will not make any charges to the credit card as a result of the reservation. The credit card will only be used as a security.
• The Hotel reserves the right to verify the validity of the credit card prior to the arrival of the client.
• The reservation bill will be paid in the establishment at the end of the stay, in cash, via credit card or via any other means of payment accepted by the establishment.

CANCELLATIONS POLICY:

• In the event that the cancellation is made more that 24 hours prior to the arrival date:
  the cancellation will not give rise to any charges.
• Where the cancellation is made less that 24 hours prior to the arrival date, the hotel is authorised to charge the first night of the stay to the credit card.
• In the event that the client fails to appear, the hotel is authorised to charge the first night of the stay to the credit card.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND PUBLISHING RIGHTS

All text, images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs as well as all other materials on the Website and any other intellectual creations have been created by GRUPO HOTELES PORCEL.
All users hereby undertake not to eliminate nor alter any distinguishing features used on the Website, such as but not limited to trademarks, business names (graphics, logos, etc.), copyright and all other information identifying the rights of GRUPO HOTELES PORCEL or other owners appearing on the Website.
